Jennifer Love Hewitt and Alex Beh in Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon at Los Angeles: Getting a little exercise while supporting a good cause, Jennifer Love Hewitt strapped on her running shoes for the Dodge Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Los Angeles. With the event taking place at Griffith Park, the former "Ghost Whisperer" actress was joined by new beau Alex Beh as the pair showed off their physical fitness during the lengthy west coast run.

And while she's currently in tip-top shape, Jennifer recently spoke with OK! about dropping the pounds after being criticized following the 2007 fiasco in which she was plastered on websites and mag covers in a set of unflattering bikini photos.

Of her initial efforts to get into shape, she said, “A couple times I stopped in the middle and burst into tears because I felt like I couldn’t do it. I was torn to shreds physically, mentally and emotionally."Currently in a healthy state, Love Hewitt spends an hour and a half a day on a mostly cardio routine, while also doing a little weight lifting, partaking in spin classes and keeping a healthy diet.
